The course: CSCX/PLUSS Partnership Introduction to Memorable Customer Service module - no experience required. This course is especially suitable for PLUSS participants aiming to join a customer service team in a retail setting, provide service to other teams in a business (internal customers) or those who are wanting to develop or improve their confidence or communication or other transferrable skills.
As this training is based on real experience (not just a textbook) delegates can discuss their own challenges and get practical advice too.
A one day course module (1.5 hours). Non-confrontational, informal workshop style. Suitable for 6-15 delegates. Certificate of attendance provided. The venue will be accessible and located conveniently to public transport links, usually the local PLUSS office.
